These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Ceremesh website, waitlist, games, applications, online features, and related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Age and Eligibility
Our public website may be viewed by general audiences. Certain Ceremesh games or features may have separate age ratings or eligibility rules.
If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. Children under 13 should not submit an email address to the waitlist without a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and Access
Some future Services may require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your login details, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
We may suspend, restrict, or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the Services.
4. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Ceremesh grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, harass others, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with servers, scrape the Services, bypass security, exploit bugs, or use the Services for unlawful or harmful activity.
Usernames, messages, creative submissions, or other user content must not infringe the rights of others or contain illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, or dangerous material.
6. Virtual Items and Purchases
Future games may offer virtual currency, digital items, subscriptions, or purchases. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value unless the law requires otherwise, and may be modified or discontinued.
Purchases may also be governed by the payment platform’s rules. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider.

The Services, including games, software, characters, artwork, music, designs, logos, text, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Ceremesh and protected by intellectual-property laws.
“Ceremesh,” associated marks, and our mascot designs may not be used without prior written permission.

We may update, test, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service. Early-access, beta, and experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be identified by updating the effective date or by providing an appropriate notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceremesh and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Ceremesh entity providing the relevant Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
